Nothing more needs be said. Captain Richard Phillips, who was being held for ransom by pirate community organizers, once again jumped overboard.

This time, though, the US Navy retrieved him, took out some of the culprits and arrested the remaining would-be do-badders. Good on them.

All this without a real comment from Glorious Leader or his teleprompter. Ok, he DID say he was happy about the return of the captain. Too bad there was nothing in there about TERRORISTS or our policy to eradicate them from the earth.

Your Tax Dollars At Work

Is this one of those “shovel ready” projects mentioned in the recent porkulus bill? I certainly hope not.

Between you, me and the teleprompter, I am hopeful that our city governments can find better usage of $180,000 in tax dollars. While I am all for needing to spend money to help upkeep local, state and federal buildings, putting up new art (ugly art at that) just for the sake of spending dollars is a no-go for me.

Teleprompter/Mint 2012?

You can read it at Little Miss Attilla, so it must be true.

Obama’s teleprompter has announced its candidacy for 2012. After all, it is the one with all of the soaring rhetoric and vision. Have you seen Obama speak when the teleprompter is not speaking for him? Not a good thing. It is obvious who has the real power in this relationship, so Tele has decided to cut out the middle man.

I can only assume that the Federal Mint will be his running mate, as the dollars it is printing will come in handy when working to pay off this great debt we are accumulating.
