UPDATE: Clerk County Politics has it right

I have been thinking about what I feel following the attack at Ft. Hood. I thought about it, thought about the soldiers, their wives and children, their families. I thought of the family of the shooter, of other veterans like me and what they are going through. I have listened to the media jump right in and say “not to be hasty in deciding if it is a terrorist attack.” I heard the president – the same one who jumped right in and called police out when they “acted stupidly” in arresting a belligerent friend of his for acting even more stupidly – say that we should not “jump to conclusions” until all of the facts and evidence are weighed.

After all of that, I have come to one resounding thought:

FUCK the shooter. He is a Muslim murderer. He sought to contact known terrorists. He spoke about infidels warranting getting their throats slit. He spoke hate about America. He purposefully killed 13 soldiers and wounded nearly 30 more. Why is their no cry of anger and denunciation from C.A.I.R.? Where are the Imams and their vocal cry of rage at this horrendous TERRORIST act?

They claim to be the religion of peace. Why do they not promote it? Why do we cater to their demands? Why are we so afraid? Why do we maintain our Politically Correct attitude? Where is our BIG STICK? Try and execute this asshole in one day. It won’t bring back the dead, but the living will have some sense of vengeance. I am not one to call for violence, but an eye for an eye.

Rape Isn’t Really Rape

Roman Polanski is a sleezeball. Thirty years ago, when he was 44, he was at a friend’s (Jack Nicholson) . There also was a 13 year girl. He drugged her and then raped her.

Polanski was charged in 1977 with raping a 13-year-old girl he plied with champagne and Quaaludes. He served 42 days in jail, but fled when a plea deal collapsed

And now that he has been arrested, the left ahs been screaming foul. They say that it was over 30 years ago and that the girl has since forgiven him. WTF?? Are we such a corrupt society that we feel it is ok to let a CRIME of such stature pass on by? Where do we draw the line? Why not let Charles Manson out? After all, it has been years since it happened. Surely he has paid his dues.

Whoopi Goldberg, on The View this week had the audacity to say that he “didn’t rape rape her…”

Excuse me? Please define what Rape Rape is for me. Is that only half as bad as Rape? Or is doesn’t count because the girl, completely doped up and drunk, said ok?

Do you have children? If you do, and you agree with Whoopi, then you should be part of the eugenics program suggested by White House advisor Cass Sunstein. We are, truly, a country on the skids.

I don’t give a damn WHAT your party affiliation. Raping a minor is a criminal offense that needs to be punished. There is no statute of limitations. The man is lucky the girl was not my daughter. Rape charges would be the least of his concerns.

Climate Of Liberal Hate

UPDATE: Folks getting let go over the stupid bunny hate thing.

First, when Proposition 8 was voted in California, those who preached equality, who wanted us to accept them for who they are, who said that all opinions are equally valid, went on a rampage. They harassed those who disagreed. They publicly posted online the names of those who donated funds against their cause and sent cronies to donors’ places of business to protest to the point of people leaving their jobs.

Then came the shooting death of Dr. George Tiller, the notorious late-term abortion doctor. Those who preach peace and love, acceptance and tolerance went after top conservatives for propagating a “climate of hate” that somehow caused the shooter to go off the deep end and kill the man. But when a soldier home on leave was shot and killed, another wounded, by a radical convert to Islam, not a word was said. Even Glorious Leader declined to even mention the fact that a heinous act of domestic TERRORISM occurred.

Then came the article in Playboy’s online site that gave a list of top conservative women the author wanted to hate f**k. Classy.

Now comes the next volley from those who preach tolerance; those of whom we must be accepting because this is the 21st century and people just don’t think like their parents and grandparents anymore. Some sleaze ball over at the Daily Kos has posted an article opining the death of conservative blogger Michelle Malkin.

Yes. All of you who vote liberal must be SO proud of those representing your cause. Keep up the great work. I am sure the master plan will come to fruition soon and we can all hold hands and cry what a wonderful life we all now lead. A climate of hate certainly is a climate change, something you all seem to enjoy preaching to the rest of the world.

I Offer A Cannot Lose Bet

Katrina Pierson, a speaker at the recent Dallas, TX Tea Party on April 15th, has issued an invitation to Janeane Garofalo. She would like the liberal loud mouth to attend the July 4th event and see just what the people are talking about.

I would like to bet that Ms. Loudmouth will decline the invitation. After all, July 4th is a time to celebrate the founding of America. It does not fit with her vision of destroying America and making it one big government-run state. Besides, according to Garofalo, we are all mentally deficient and imbeciles. We have something inherently wrong with our thought processes that makes up incapable of rational thought.

On second thought, she just might come, if we bill it as a Mental Special Olympics. After all, the left seems content with using underpriviledged as stepping stones to getting what they want.

More Proof Regarding Media Bias

It should not come as ANY surprise that there is a plethora of bias running rampant through our media. However, the normal routine is to deny any bias and try to pass itself off as a hard-nosed, objective journalistic outlet.

Michelle Malkin reminds us what was said back in 2007, by editor Bill Keller:

…we are agnostic as to where a story may lead; we do not go into a story with an agenda or a pre-conceived notion. We do not manipulate or hide facts to advance an agenda. We strive to preserve our independence from political and economic interests, including our own advertisers. We do not work in the service of a party, or an industry, or even a country. When there are competing views of a situation, we aim to reflect them as clearly and fairly as we can.

So you see, outlets like the NYT feel themselves (or try to pass themselves off ) to be high on integrity. They only care about the truth.

Now, however, read the truth. Unbiased my butt. These folks are still trying hard to convince America that this Administration is good for us.

We Caused The Flu, But You Let Them Bring It Here

UPDATE: It was not just Conservatives who disagreed with spending millions on ‘preparation’.

No sooner has an outbreak of the flu hit the United States, than the purely partisan Washington insiders have begun to use the blame game. Is it election season already? Oh, wait, in this new administration the campaign is never ending. We have virtually NO ONE running our health care program (thus requiring the DHS to hold down the fort, a scary notion for sure), our president is out playing golf and illegals are streaming across the border.

I ask you. If it can be cited that those who opposed the porkulus money for pandemic preparation are to blame and they are vilified because of it, can we also point at those who oppose illegal immigration and the securing of our borders as being equally wrong? I mean, I know that some of the carriers were from those who visited Mexico and then returned, but how many cases will develop as the Mexican population begins streaming northward in an effort to escape the outbreak?

Can we, for once, put down the blame stick and just do what is RIGHT for the country?

Millions Gather In Protest

I am a math guy. I am NOT a Mathematician. I am not that good. However, I DO know that thousands of people gathered in protest on Tax Day, April 15th.

According to some, when liberals count their protesters, if they reach six figures it means they have a MILLION folks involved. With that logic, this means that we can officially call our event the MILLION TAXPAYER MARCH.

Ok, I don’t totally agree with that, but I would like to offer some analysis based on my limited knowledge. When pollsters go out and talk to people, get feedback and then crunch numbers, they are extrapolating out to get an estimate of the true value. That’s why they call elections long before the election booths close. By interviewing a few, they get the trend and make their prediction.

I would offer that because these tea parties happened in the middle of the week, for every person who attended there were a half-dozen OR MORE who could not. Using this logic, which is no better or worse than the ‘six figures means a million’, we had MORE THAN a million people who attended and/or supported the cause.

Additionally, I was personally appalled at how the media portrayed those who attended. Anderson Cooper, whose show is one of the few on CNN I have watched with any regularity, lost my viewership for anything he may have on from now on. Does one viewer break them? Nope. But I believe principles matter and so I boycott him. As well, Keith Over-the-top, Rachel Maddog and dozens of other slander hounds felt the need to belittle the effort. Why? What is the fear?

I believed in the war and why we went there. I think those who protested soldiers’ funerals were anti-American slugs who don’t deserve to live in this country. I believe that all illegal aliens should be deported, their children born here included because they are putting an unmanageable burden on our resources. And don’t give me the liberal crap about “Its for the children.” I feel sorry for the kids, but the fact remains that their parents are not from our country and our system cannot split families.

I know that does not follow our current Constitution, but that is my OPINION. I think that the Constitution should be amended to clarify that to be a citizen you have to be born on our soil (or places owned by the USA, such as military bases) and one of your parents must be a legal citizen of the United States. Many illegals come to the USA to have their children and thus get into the system and freeload off of hardworking people.

But I do not recall anyone in the EXTREMIST RIGHT WING media belittling them. They reported it. The commentators took issue with those who protested and shouted hate speech at dead soldiers, but while they took issue, they did not resort to childish denigration. Of course, that might explain why EXTREMIST RIGHT WING media is trouncing the rest. In fact, FOX viewership trounced EVERY OTHER MEDIA OUTLET COMBINED. I guess that is root cause of the liberal outcry. They are upset that they suck ass and FOX is the preferred network.

Of course, that is my OPINION.

We, Too, Can Go Behind The Scenes

UPDATE: CNN forces the taking down of the popular YouTube video. Patterico has sent a letter to the network admonishing them and asking that they reconsider.

Much has been made by Keith Over-the-top and his partisan hecklers about Neil Cavuto saying behind the scenes that there were more than 5000 people in Sacremento and then saying on TV that there had to be more than 2 or 3 times that.

Then, of course, much was made about CNN hack Susan Roesgen and her whining that the Chicago tae party was anti-CNN and anti-government, pushed by the right wing FOX News. However, we, too, can garner behind the scenes video.

IDIOTS.

Why Do These Guys Still Have Jobs?

The Mainstream Media is defunct. The vast majority spend the entirety of their time trying to show how those opposed to their big-government agenda are loose cannons, wackos and extremists.

Today, hundreds of thousands of protesters gathered at upwards of 800 cities across the country to make their voices heard. Their voices represented all races, genders and political persuasions. The media would have done well to OBJECTIVELY cover them, but as we know by now that would be asking for way too much.

Case in point is the bitter CNN reporter who tried to verbally debate the guy she was questioning. Where is the objectivity here? Is this the product of our college journalism program? It is no wonder their ratings have sunk below MSNBC (not a flattering thing). Perhaps if the reporters would just report and not judge…

Bill Maher Enlists In Military

That should be the headline. Why would I say this? Because this liberal IDIOT has, once again shot his mouth off about the American Soldier.

He snipes that, as a result of soldiers getting charged with raping women overseas, that eventually “these people are going to have to learn to rape themselves…”

WTF? Who the hell is this guy? Where is the media blasting of this incredibly stupid comment? Why does he still have a show after saying something like that. I guess there is nothing to talk about with regard to U>N> soldiers being accused of the same thing, or of a recently accused soldier who’s accuser has since recanted her testimony?
