Mexican President Felipe Calderon said that the law passed in Arizona this past week was a violation of human rights.

Whose rights, exactly, are being violated? Not mine. Not yours. Not the guy down the street. Maybe he meant one of the thousands of illegal immigrants who cross our border every year? In that case, too bad. They have no rights here, other than the right to life. If they want the rest, they need to get into line.

Back in 2006, Calderon said

he planned to strengthen security at his country’s southern border with Guatemala, which is used by thousands of immigrants seeking to reach the United States each year. Calderon said he planned to increase the police presence at the border with the hope that it could become the ‘door to development rather than the door to crime,’ in a speech at the border town of Tuxta Chico.

He said

the new force would include federal and state police as well as immigration agents, who would also combat corrupt border officials that were allowing undocumented immigrants across the border.

Perhaps El Presidente is worried that all of those Guatemalan immigrants would displace the hard-working Mexicans crossing over to the US? Explain to me, again, how it is alright for Mexico to clamp down on their border with police and troops, but we cannot enact laws to protect our people and land? In fact, we ENCOURAGE Mexico to block their border. We help FOOT THE BILL to deport people, because it costs a measly $22 dollars to send them home from Mexico, but around $1700 from the States.

Come on libs, tell me how I and my Arizona comrades have it wrong?

We Are All Moving To Mexico

Once again, my dad comes through with a GREAT email. Not sure where he is getting them, but I hope it never stops!

Dear Mr. President:

I’m planning to move to Mexico for my health, and I would like to ask you to assist me.

I’m planning to simply walk across the border from the U.S. into Mexico, and I’ll need your help to make a few arrangements.

I plan to skip all the legal stuff like visas, passports, immigration quotas and laws.  I’m sure they handle those things the same way you do here. So, would you mind telling your buddy, President Calderon, that I’m on my way down?

Please let him know that I will be expecting the following:

  1. Free medical care.
  2. English-speaking government bureaucrats for all services I might need, whether I use them or not.
  3. Please print all Mexican government forms in English.
  4. I want my grandkids to be taught Spanish by English-speaking (bi-lingual) teachers.
  5. Tell their schools they need to include classes on American culture and history.
  6. I want my grandkids to see the American flag on one of the flag poles at their school.
  7. Please plan to feed my grandkids at school for both breakfast and lunch.
  8. I will need a local Mexican driver’s license so I can get easy access to government services and be able to vote.
  9. I do plan to get a car and drive in Mexico, but, I don’t plan to purchase car insurance, and I probably won’t make any special effort to learn local traffic laws.
  10. In case one of the Mexican police officers does not get the memo from their president to leave me alone, please be sure that every patrol car has at least one English-speaking officer.
  11. I plan to fly the US Flag from my house top, put US. Flag decals on my car, and have a gigantic celebration on July 4th. I do not want any complaints or negative comments from the  locals.
  12. I would also like to have a nice job without paying any taxes, or have any labor or tax laws enforced on any business I may start.
  13. Please have the president tell all the Mexican people to be extremely nice and never say a critical things about me or my family, or about the strain we might place on their economy.
  14. I want to receive free food stamps.
  15. Naturally, I’ll expect free rent subsidies.
  16. I’ll need Income tax credits so although I don’t pay Mexican Taxes, I’ll receive money from the government.
  17. Please arrange it so that the Mexican Gov’t pays $4,500 to help me buy a new car.
  18. Oh yes, I almost forgot, please enroll me free into the Mexican Social Security program so that I’ll get a monthly income in retirement.

I know this is an easy request because you already do all these things for all his people who come to the US from Mexico. I am sure that President Calderon won’t mind returning the favor if you ask him nicely.

The Hits Keep On Coming

The administration today announced that it has plans to push through “Comprehensive immigration reform” before the mid-term elections. Gosh, I wonder what the hurry is? Perhaps it is the tanking numbers of Glorious Leader and his failing policies? They are, in the spirit of Cloward and Piven, overwhelming the system in order to beat down any opposition.

Healthcare, Cap and Tax, Immigration, federal takeover of industry, massive spending and debt. As much as we may be getting sick and tired of the constant pressure, as much as we may want to just say to hell with it and say screw the country- if they want it like that then let them have it- as much as we may feel overwhelmed (exactly what they want) now is not the time to lessen our effort. It is the time to re-double them.

I refuse to let my country go the way of the European failed states. I refuse to let those elected officials who don’t care one bit about our future turn it into a welfare state for the world. The road is going to be arduous and painful. We have suffered losses, but we are seeing the beginning of a turnaround. Even if these horrific polices are enacted, remember that if we can regain control we can reverse them.

Keep the faith.

There Will Be No Free Healthcare For Illegals

That is what Glorious Leader told us during his whirlwind media blitz not too long ago. According to him, that was just false information being put out by the wingers who watch FOX News. That comment was what got Congressman Wilson in trouble when he called the president a “Liar”. Of course, now that it is coming down to it, House Democrats are ramping up the effort to get all of the illegals on the the rolls.

The Democrats, trying to stiffen their party’s spines on the contentious issue, say it’s unfair to bar illegal immigrants from paying their own way in a government-sponsored exchange. Legal immigrants, they say, regardless of how long they’ve been in the United States, should be able to get government-subsidized health care if they meet the other eligibility requirements…

You can read more here, but that little bit there makes me throw up in my mouth a little. The Democrats do not care about the illegals here in this country. If they did, they would take a seriously hard look at REAL Immigration reform, which includes permanently shutting down our southern borders to ensure we know exactly who is coming here. All they truly care about is getting them to support them in the elections and with their money.

SCOTUS Says Illegal Aliens Allowed To Steal Your Identity

Believe it or not, the Supreme Court Of The United States have voted UNANIMOUSLY to say that if an illegal alien is using someone else’s identity, he cannot be prosecuted unless it can be shown that the person KNEW that the SSN belonged to someone already! Note that the person can still be found guilty of a lesser charge such as falsifying paperwork or misrepresentation etc, but to find him guilty of the maximum fine of aggravated ID theft it has to be shown he KNEW the number was fake. Forgive my cynicism, but it is impossible to prove what someone THOUGHT.

The case is based upon a case of an illegal worker in a Moline, IL steel plant who (I assume) got cold feet about using another person’s ID. His employer called in authorities and the man was arrested. He plead guilty to several lesser charges and not guilty to the aggravated charge. He lost and was found guilty on all counts. His case was appealed all the way up and here we have it.

Ignorance is Bliss will now be a valid defense. What ever happened to Ignorance of the law is no excuse? Will I now be able to say that Your honor, this guy stopped at a bus stop and just gave me his car. I had no idea that it was stolen. Or, according to a friend of mine, I borrowed my cousin’s gun and tried to rob a store. Your honor, I didn’t even know it was real. I didn’t know that there were bullets in it. (Ok, extreme case and I KNOW there are laws about using even a fake gun, but I take license t say what I want here.)

What is most troubling is that it was a UNANIMOUS decision. I am still very curious as to how conservative judges can agree with this. I think that this is going to open up an entire can of worms. Everyone who has been convicted of ID theft can now flood the courts with appeals based on this ruling.

Ignorance is bliss. Congress must be in an eternal state.

More And More Intolerable DHS Stupidity

Someone PLEASE get rid of this waste of our Creator’s effort running the Department of Homeland Security.

As if saying that enforcing border security is wrong, raids on illegal business activity need to stop and Canada is to blame for the terrorists gaining access to the United Sates and perpetrating 9/11, Janet Napolitano is now saying that we need to repeal Real ID. This law requires that states verify whether or not a person getting a drivers license is a legal citizen or not.

REPEAL A NATIONAL SECURITY RECOMMENDATION BY THE 9/11 COMMISSION.

Did not democrats whine and wail until the commission was established? Did not they wail that the measures be implemented? So we implement them and now they need to be repealed? Why? Because some states don’t like footing the bill for verification? Get this TRAIN WRECK of an IDIOT out of this top security position NOW! My God, what the hell are they going to do to our country next?

It really takes a lot to get me going on a rant like this, but I believe their intention is to drive us all to the point of becoming extremist bent on removing them from power; all so they can say “I told you so.”

I will not wish for anyone to bring harm to this fool, but is it wrong (or extreme) of me to wonder if spontaneous combustion can really occur to a person?

Again, The Left Denies Free Speech

UPDATE: The school sent a letter of apology to parents and called the Congressman to apologize.

Former congressman Tom Tancredo was invited to speak at the University of North Carolina- Chapel Hill. His topic? States failed economic policies regarding giving tuition money to illegal citizens. Of course, he could not speak because all of the race-baiting leftist barged the event, shouted him down and actually destroyed campus classroom windows in the process.

Why is it that when we (i.e. right wing extremists) protest, it is a peaceful gathering with people speaking what is on their mind, mixing it up with like-minded folks, sharing stories of what ails them or whatever the event happens to be about, but nearly every protest by left wing groups turn violent? Could these folks not have just sat outside and protested the event, but still allow the man to speak to the group who invited him?

I guess I just misunderstand the left. I thought they were all about the rights of people and stuff. You know, like the right to speak your mind, right of the little guy, etc. But then again, I guess that only applies to those who AGREE with their positions. If you are against their ideals, you are a racist hater who doesn’t deserve to be heard.

It can be spun any way the left wants, but the fact is that the government is BROKE. And if you want MY TAX DOLLARS, get in the pipeline and become an AMERICAN CITIZEN legally. If you dislike it, too damn bad. I don’t work to support law breakers, except those law breakers who are sitting their asses in jail.

Get Your Kids Into College

Before the slot is given to an illegal alien.

Like every other federal program, the cost would be incredibly lower if we would just take steps to ensure that only LEGAL citizens receive the benefit. Health care, schools, WIC, housing and a host of other social programs are designed to help ‘poorer’ people, but in fact dole out billions annually to those not even here legally.

My father-in-law’s son came to the US and actually was offered a mortgage on a home at significantly better rates than me just because he was an immigrant. California is going bankrupt in its effort to try and feed the masses- even the illegals. Now, as is wanted by Glorious Leader, House Democrats and RINO’s have re-submitted the DREAM Act, which is just a covert means of giving illegal aliens federal money to go to school. Of course, with slots being limited, this means that YOUR son or daughter will miss out if you do not reserve them a slot now.

And, of course, this NEW spending is just more on top of what has already been proposed. Un. Be. Lievable.
