Another Day, Another Global Warming Debunking

The Earth has a great big heat sink. For the non-scientist, this means that there is a place on the Earth where a vast majority of excess heat goes to live. In this case, the oceans. That makes sense, as the planet is largely a water body.

Scientists have long stated that in order to test the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change’s (IPCC) theories about global warming one needs to address the gradual warming of the oceans. In fact, one paper in particular, said that it should be the primary focus when discussing anthropogenic global warming (AGW).

So scientists did. What they have found, not surprisingly, is that the oceans of the planet have been COOLING since 2003. Some of the numbers by different groups have differed, but in all cases the ocean temperatures have dropped.

Seeing Red On Green

In what I think is a GREAT move, many Democrats are balking at the idea of a national energy tax to support Cap n Trade. Regardless of how it is spun, a MASSIVE tax is exactly what it is going to be. And if you tax the industry, the consumer will get the shaft in paying for it.

Of course, the government, in this legislation can tell the industry that they are not allowed to raise rates. That would allow the industry to go broke and bankrupt so that Glorious Leader and his Crony Crowd could swoop in like Flying Monkeys led by the Wicked Witch of the West to bail them out and nationalize them.

With finance and energy in the bag, the march to statism will have taken a giant leap. Gird your loins, patriots. It is going to be a long, cold winter.

Again With The Ethical People

I am not even going to comment (much) on this.

Global warming is such a farce that now the eco-freaks have to change the terminology to get people to see their side. Science is proving that it is the SUN that causes warming and that CO2 emissions have nothing to do with it.

And yet, the IDIOTS in the House are BYPASSING NORMAL PROCEDURE (read: bypassing dissenting voices on the subcommittee) in order to pass the massive Cap and Trade legislation that is no longer allowed to be debated.

Greenie Weenies: Not Just Scrubbing Pads Any More

Global Warming is false. After all, how does one explain the recent report that the Earth has been COOLING for the past seven years? Not only that, we are COOLING at nearly as fast a rate as the IPCC says we are supposed to be warming. Of course, you don’t see anyone mentioning that fact. In particular, the MSM has completely ignored the fact.

Well, they have not completely ignored it. The do try to debunk the facts, but when they do they normally wind up contracting Foot-In-Mouth disease. Case in point is the argument for and against Cap n Trade. That is the program designed to charge you for excessive emission of CO2, that pesky little ‘pollutant’ that has everyone in a tizzy over the melting of the planet. The problem I have is that CO2 is minuscule with respect tom affecting climate. Water, of course, is the major player, but one does not hear of anyone trying to dry up they atmosphere. Why not? Perhaps because it is crazy?

I also want to know why no one is suing the IPCC on behalf of all of the plant life we are starving my limiting the food they need. Just a question I have, so don’t freak out on me for asking. The only dumb question is the one not asked, right?

So anyway, with Earth Day in full swing, the three days of hearings on the Cap n Trade issue are going on in congress. If they go forward with this, there will be heavy fines and taxes imposed on those businesses responsible for killing our planet by turning it into a slow cooker. What is not being said is what those business will be. Perhaps because if the public actually learns they will oppose it?

Energy. That is the major industry affected. When the taxes are imposed, do you think that the energy companies will eat the profits lost? Hardly. They will pass it on to the consumer. So much for not raising anyone’s taxes. If you use electricity you will be paying much higher rates. Add, then, the auto industry. In order to make ‘green’ cars, they will be forced to jack up the prices. Again, one of those consequences not being mentioned.

Although, with the government running 2/3 of the auto industry, and more than likely taking control of Energy when it all begins to buckle under heavy losses. Think it won’t happen? Imagine the government imposing limits on charges that can be passed onto consumers, so they companies WILL lose profits and thus go under, paving the way for the government to ‘bail them out’.

But no one in the main stream is talking about it, because the global warming farce is going full throttle. An eco-freak’s wet dream. God save us from our saviors.

Earth Cooling Not Warming

From the Ice Cap:

The [Science and Public Policy Institute] SPPI’s authoritative Monthly CO2 Report for March 2009 demonstrates that all global-temperature datasets show rapid global cooling for seven full years, at a rate equivalent to 2 C (3.6 F) per century.

Since Al Gore’s climate movie An Inconvenient Truth was launched in January 2005, global cooling has occurred at the equivalent of 10 F (5.5 C) per century. If this rapid cooling were to continue, the Earth would be in an Ice Age by 2100.

The UN’s climate panel, the IPCC, had projected temperature increases at 4.5 to 9.5 F (2.4 to 5.3 C) per century, with a central estimate of 7 F (3.9 C) per century. None of the IPCC’s computer models had predicted a prolonged cooling.

So, basically, the U.N. IDIOT’s have no clue.

Here is the deal. If you write a program to simulate an event, you need to be able to enter in parameters. In this case, the program parameters ASSUME CO2 is a major player in the atmosphere. In fact, it is not. Water is the main culprit.

The 1500’s had warmer temperatures than there are now. What, did they destroy all of the evil coal factories only to make us re-invent them? Why do other bodies in our solar system undergo similar temperature fluctuations as Earth? I wonder what the common denominator is?

Oh yeah. SOL! The SUN! The huge FIREBALL spinning out there in space that occasionally (in, like, 11 year cycles) shoots hot gas our way via SUNSPOTS. No sunspots, Earth cools. Get the picture? Quit lying to the public.

Go Go Gadget Green Job!

I am all for helping to protect the environment. Note that I say PROTECT it, not bow down to it (though we seem to be bowing down a lot more these days, and not just to kings of terror-harboring nations).

My opinion on Global Warming, though, is pretty firm. It does not exist; at least not as to being man-made, that is. And the ‘Green’ movement, while having some warranted use- pollution, cleaning up landfills- hell I’d settle for clean roads -, inefficient and not-very-practical wind farms, charging out the yin-yang for carbon emissions that would actually HELP plant life, you get the picture.

Funneling money into these endless pits is not a wise thing to do. A large reason as to why these people scream so loud is because the Squeaky Wheel Gets The Grease. This means, to those who are uninformed and not-very-bright such as myself, that they scream loud because they want the government funding to continue their research; which usually leads them to understand that more money will be needed for further research.

Anyway, Glorious Leader is now putting forth the path we shall follow in our Green Movement. We shall be like France. After all, their program has been WILDLY successful.

Whitehouse Solves Issue Of Too Much Garbage

We will just grind it up and shoot it into the atmosphere to solve global warming.

I think I am going to laugh until I cry. Global warming is not man made. You cannot prove it, and I have more ammunition to DISPROVE it. I have been pretty critical of some of Glorious Leader’s nominations but his new “Science Advisor” is getting my award for the most STUPIDEST and IDIOTICAL of all.

WASHINGTON (AP) – The president’s new science adviser said Wednesday that global warming is so dire, the Obama administration is discussing radical technologies to cool Earth’s air.

John Holdren told The Associated Press in his first interview since being confirmed last month that the idea of geoengineering the climate is being discussed. One such extreme option includes shooting pollution particles into the upper atmosphere to reflect the sun’s rays. Holdren said such an experimental measure would only be used as a last resort.

“It’s got to be looked at,” he said. “We don’t have the luxury of taking any approach off the table.”

Holdren outlined several “tipping points” involving global warming that could be fast approaching. Once such milestones are reached, such as complete loss of summer sea ice in the Arctic, it increases chances of “really intolerable consequences,” he said.

Twice in a half-hour interview, Holdren compared global warming to being “in a car with bad brakes driving toward a cliff in the fog.”

At first, Holdren characterized the potential need to technologically tinker with the climate as just his personal view. However, he went on to say he has raised it in administration discussions.

Where in the world does he find these IDIOTS?

Global Warming my ass.

Leading Japanese scientists, including astrophysicists, arctic experts and multi-level modeling scientists have completed a study that now says the earth is going through normal cyclic temperatures and is not an anomaly as claimed by eco-freaks.

But. Were. They. Ever. Vice. President. Of. the. United. States?

I thought so.

Scientists. Who the hell do they think they are? The sun is merely there to provide a place for the constellations to revolve around. It has NOTHING to do with warming the planet.
