Lucky For Us, Our New Commerce Secretary Has Ties To China

When the stuff hits the fan, and China stops buying up all of our treasury notes in order to support our frail economy, we will be in luck. The latest Commerce Secretary, Gary Locke, has had dealings with the Asian country and might be able to beg them to give us a little more cash.

Of course, it matters not WHAT those dealings were. Or, it seems that those who are set to confirm him don’t think much of his ‘boring record‘. What about you, America? Tell me what YOU think of his past relationship with China. Read here, or here, or here.

Who’s Our Daddy?

If you are following the news, you know that China, the ones who have been supporting our crack-like spending habit for the longest time, are beginning to show signs of fear.

If they stop buying our debt, the dollar will collapse like a stone and things here will plummet into a void from which I doubt we will emerge for a very long time. At the G20 summit, the Chinese premiere said that the United States should be cautious of devaluing the dollar by EXCESSIVE SPENDING.

Where the hell was this guy when the idiots in congress were stealing my children’s’ future?
