Obama Indictment Served To Georgia AG

Finally, citizens are standing up for what is right. Too bad it is not the media, congress or any state leadership who is bringing the battle to bear. No, a lowly computer specialist from Georgia has reminded all of us that there are actually FOUR branches of government.

We. The. People.

Do you remember them? Did you know that WE are the last branch of government? Take a look at your history and you will come across a document called the Magna Carta. Through it, the English common law was established, which in turn is the basis for our own common law.

Through the Magna Carta, We The People can convene our own Grand Jury to hear complaints, and issue LEGAL indictments. Such was the case in Georgia where Carl Swensson convened a Grand Jury, heard testimony from Dr. Orly Taitz regarding the Obama birth certificate issue and issued the indictment to the Attorney General of Georgia (as well as several other legal offices of the state).

Reminder, this is a LEGAL complaint that must be heard and acted on within 40 days or they can convene a TRIAL. Stay tuned and gird your loins.

The revolution is at hand. Will you be a leader or a follower?

  1. OH MAN FROM MOMBASA, YOUR TIME IS NEAR
IT’S TIME WE TRY TO SAVE WHAT WE HOLD DEAR
    NEITHER MICHELLE’S BICEPS
    NOR HER TRICEPS
WILL PUT YOU IN THE CLEAR.

  2. I DO hope this gets the ball rolling towards discovering the TRUTH about teh One. If his birth cert is legit, then fine. If it ain’t, then he must be removed from office! To use a ‘local’ phrase, something in this milk ain’t clean. Otherwise…WHY are the documents sealed under lock and key in his home state? What is he hiding? Inquiring minds want to know……

  3. The Georgia AG said the yesterday that the citizen’s grand jury is a farce and a mockery of the justice system. They will not honor any indictments from them. He actually said he wants to look into the background of the grand jurors to see if they’re breaking any laws. Didn’t work out the way they wanted, did it?

    • Nope. I highly doubt that they broke any laws. The fact that the AG says it is a farce carries weight, but it does not diminish the fact that it IS an interesting avenue. I was reading through everything and it looks well-founded that our laws are founded in the Magna Carta. Like I said, stay tuned for updates.

  4. Because the ‘common law Grand Jury’ is something that hasn’t been used in …what…a couple centuries? It is to be expected to be ridiculed initially. However, it WILL be interesting to see how this plays out. To be sure, it is an uphill fight. The kicker will be if the AG’s investigation turns up some ‘prominent’ citizens who may be upstanding members of their communities. Gonna be REAL interesting.
    Keep us informed, rnw.
