So California voted in November. They elected to pass a resolution that banned gay marriage. It is in the California constitution that its people can do so.
Of course, as is with our very own federal government, the constitution is merely a piece of paper to be legislatively or judicially circumvented whenever possible.
Your vote no longer counts in California, so why even bother?
Maybe then our voices will be heard?
